At Takgear caps are built to customers specifications.  Customers input their needs to our expert sales-team and the job is assigned to one of our designers to develop the initial artwork.  Based on our interaction with the customer and design department we select one of or many fabrics, variety of shapes, visor treatments, array of back straps and construction features, to create a unique product.

Takgear also builds patches to our customers specifications, creating sewn on application, heat-sealed or pressure sensitive styles. Customer patches can have a traditional overlock border or a knife cut design that provides a clean precise edge. Patches are all tested for launder ability, durability and made to last.
